Custom Frames: Our frames are custom-made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. Please carefully review your order details before placing it.
Please note that custom frames typically require 5-10 business days for production and shipping. However, due to the unique nature of each order and potential variations in workload, delivery times may be extended to 15 business days.
Ceramic Vases: Our vases are handcrafted and fragile. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your vase arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
Orders

Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Shipping: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
Returns and Exchanges

Custom Orders: Since our wood frames are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds. However, we will gladly replace any damaged frames
