Customer Frames and posters
Our frames are made to fit your exact poster and size. Because they’re custom-made, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges after you place your order. However, if your frame arrives damaged, we’ll replace it for free.
Ceramic Vases:
Our ceramic and pottery vases are handcrafted and fragile. To minimize the risk of breakage during shipping, please carefully review all product details, including size and color, before placing your order. While we take great care in packaging our products, accidents can happen. If your vase arrives damaged, we will be happy to exchange it for a replacement. To ensure a smooth replacement process, we recommend inspecting your order upon delivery in the presence of the shipping carrier. If any damage is discovered, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer service team immediately.
